You're making yourself look silly again.

The ABA does not license lawyers.

That would be an anti-racist point, would it not? And my points are seldom refuted, easily or otherwise. Certainly not by you in this thread. Better luck next time.

Of course, not, because it's all double standards all the time.
Hmm - for one, why do you think I wouldn't have a problem with someone being unqualified for a position?

Two points, though:
1) https://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Politi...-to-law-school
http://www.denverpost.com/2010/05/10...gan-qualified/

There was a strong argument to make for her. Can the same be said here? What accomplishments has this individual garnered in his young life to place him in this position?

2) "ethnic nepotism" - what?

Your point was both tinged with racism and moronic. Pls continue to high five with the other Brietbart all stars about your sick burns while the adults here continue to be amazed with your “mental prowess.”

It's very thoughtful of you to give us all a warning, but at this point we've all read enough of your posts that just seeing "Roadking2003" at the top tells us what to expect.

You have no idea what you're talking about. She is the chief is staff for the White House counsel, has a desk in the building, and is already being interviewed as a witness in the Mueller investigation. No, no conflict of interest here!

So it turns out, the 36 year old lawyer picked for a federal judiciary position, who was unanimously rejected by the Bar Association as unqualified and who has such a right-wing bias he's unfit for the judiciary, was picked and approved by Trump/Republicans, because he's married to a senior White House Counsel lawyer.

This is so astronomically corrupt. Say what you want about Obama, but his Administration was never this openly corrupt and criminal. This isn't some limited administration position, it's a life-time term to a federal court, and people getting approved are only getting it because of their right-wing extremism and ties to the White House.

So disgusting. Republicans are truly the most corrupt people on the planet.

He didn't disclose he had sex with her the night before, either....

How does someone with a law degree for 3 years get approved for a federal court position, particularly when he was deemed not qualified by the ABA. The good news (I think) is that he still needs to be approved by the senate. The minor detail that his wife works inside the White House just might come up in the hearing.

Surely there must be some another candidate out there with 5 or 6 years experience, maybe someone even qualified
