I bet she was driving some sort of high powered luxury car where 119 doesn’t even seem that fast or out of control.

Someone going 110 miles per hr where there has been no accident and where the person is not intoxicated is not likely to have the book thrown a them, no matter who they are, especially if they get a cheap traffic attorney involved.

If not for the potholes that area of upstate NY is very pleasant to drive, light traffic and beautiful scenery.

Too bad the taxes are so ridiculously high or I'd still live there.

Taconic and Hutch come to mind, Westchester entitled tailgaiting you in BMW's and Mercedes pretty standard fare .
Taconic state Parkway is good for 100+ it's when you get towards Poughkeepsie and 84 when the road becomes high speed speed bumps is an issue. Towards the end up near the Berkshire spur was all paved from... church town north. Ancram to church town was iffy especially at night due to deer.
TSP is where I got popped for speeding.

The amusing part of the Taconic is when its snowing, you're doing 60 and you see an AWD Audi with ski rack fly by on low pros and wind up in the median half a mile ahead of you

Never fails. Dealer plate frames from South of dutchess County that false sense of security of AWD means 0 with low pros. Even with studded Hakkapeliitas on...
Yellow and white Jersey plates and south of dutchess county always in the weeds when the snow flies.

oh gee, she got caught speeding, wow, we should send her up to death row for that.

this is what is known as a small potatoes issue here. so she was speeding, so what? now tell me she was drunk at the time, and had some naked men in the car with her, and they were having a party, maybe there were drugs involved aslo, and then we might have something.
