Here's a free one for you, but if you doubt me, you'll have to actually put in the time to watch the video.

In an interview with Fox News' Sheppard Smith, Judge Napolitano expressed the opinion that Michael Flynn's defense lawyers, in breaking off their their joint defense agreement with the Trump and company legal team, is maneuvering to cut a deal with prosecutors, and that the only thing that Special Prosecutor Mueller will accept is for Flynn to testify against Team Trump. The judge specifically said that Mueller is looking for answers to the question regarding Russian/Trump interaction - what did the President know and when did he know it, what did the Attorney General know and when did he know it.

At this point, no one is saying whether Flynn has any actual testimony regarding impeachable offenses, but Judge Napolitano, on a Fox News show, was expressing the opinion that it certainly was looking likely.

Napolitano said no such thing. He said Flynn may be looking to make a deal.

We always knew Flynn had legal liabilities, and he could be indicted, nothing has changed.

interested in what the president knew and when he knew it
there were 30 previously undisclosed contacts between campaign people and Russia that were asked and answered "no we didn't do it"

THAT is where the problem "lies". pun intended

Yes, he did. That was the whole point of the interview with Shepard Smith.

Napolitano expressed the opinion that, in breaking the joint legal defense agreement with Team Trump, Flynn was looking for a plea deal and that the only deal Special Prosecutor Mueller would make would necessarily involve Flynn testifying that Trump and members of his campaign staff were directly engaged with Russian agents regarding Russia's meddling in the 2016 presidential election. Just Napolitano's opinion, but he said it.

This morning, Flynn was charged with lying to the FBI. It's going to get a little hotter for Team Trump.

Mueller is the perfect man for this investigation. Aside from his respect and integrity, he is smart as Hell. He is playing Flynn like a fiddle, he is going to accept nothing less than for Flynn to tell all, or nothing.

Mueller knows that Flynn has information, and Flynn will roll over on Trump if he is pushed. His Attorney team is simply moving into a position where they are free to negotiate a plea deal, without the constraints of being linked to any other defendant.

Trump supporters think this one is over, but it is just starting...........and starting to get GOOD !

Napolitano is known for getting everything wrong when he tries to predict outcomes.
All you have to do is say the opposite of whatever Napolitano says and you'll be right.
He's easily the worst employee Fox News has ever had.
The most inaccurate analyst I've ever seen.
