Oh, and here is the part that is of concern to Flynn and the future members of the Trump administration- "...or to defeat the measures of the United States..." - because it sounds like this is what Flynn just pleaded guilty to what they were doing.

He had 0 influence over the Chinese when he was president.

No reason to think they will pay mind to the community agitator now.

He's a private citizen and can do whatever he wants as long as he adheres to the law.

You have no clue as to what Flynn pled guilty to other than lying to the FBI!
