"Never wanted that stupid seat in the Senate anyway..." - is anyone buying this line of BS?

Bannon & Co. thought they were invincible, overplayed their hand, and woops, rassumfrassum Alabama has a Dem senator.

The post-fact rationalizations are just icing on this very, very delicious schadenfreude cake.

Like I said. no one cares except for rabid liberals here. It's already old news. I don't know anyone who's losing sleep over it.

Ann Coulter makes the wicked witch of the West look wonderful by comparison.

As for the lost seat, it's a temporary setback.

The seat will return to the GOP in 2020, but unforced errors like that shouldn't be happening.

Purging the RINOs will cause enough turmoil without us helping Democrats along the way.

bolded bit.... is your whole problem. You guys have gotten delusional you seem to think you have widespread support to move the Rs to the right. The reality is that every time you inch to the right you make your party smaller.

Hang on what am i saying, of course you should "purge"... keep on purging.

Looneys have forgotten or never knew that deep blue Massachusetts elected a Republican senator to keep Ted Kennedy's seat warm in a special election. Later Elizabeth Warren ran in the 'real election.' My take on this tactic is that the party wanted to save their money for the big election when it mattered. That is why no one is that concerned with Dem puppet Doug Jones.

Posters who said Ann wanted Moore didn't bother reading the article. She said in the first paragraph, for you lazy headline only readers, that she wanted Mo Brooks.

Those grapes were sour anyway, we get it.

You've already helped the Democrats in more ways than you can imagine.

Isn't it though? I just love how they're spinning it trying to convince us they don't care. If Moore had won we'd never hear the end of "Ohhhh librul tears are falling, lost yet another race, blah, blah blah blah........"

You care, Republicans. You care a lot!

Almost as pathetic as a bigoted child molester who refuses to concede.
And Ann Coulter is far too smart to stick with a losing proposition.

I'm rather glad he didn't win. As someone else already said, that seat will be back in Rep hands soon enough, after all it is Alabama, not Maryland. The news cycle has already changed, the election is over except for some rabid liberals here on CD and no one else really cares except for them. Anything regarding Moore is now the 9th story down on the Reuters app instead of staying on top of the news. With Moore out of the picture, the Dems don't have him to be their poster boy in the next election.
"The GOP put the worse case candidate possible on the ballet."

Ignorance is bliss.

The GOP did NOT put him on the ballot.

He CHOSE to run just as most who do.
