"Sixty-three percent of polled voters believe that the FBI has been resisting providing information to Congress on the Clinton and Trump investigations"

"Fifty-four percent say special counsel Robert Mueller has conflicts of interest that prevent him from doing an unbiased job"

"61 percent say the funding of the salacious GPS Fusion document should be investigated. Fifty-eight percent say that if Hillary Clinton and the Democrats funded the work, it could not be used by law enforcement"

"After this poll was conducted, we learned that rogue agent Peter Strzok and his paramour, Lisa Page, both high-ranking members of the Mueller task force, discussed during the campaign how, in case Trump won, that they were developing, along with deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe, what Strzok called an “insurance policy.” I can’t even imagine how badly these new facts will poll next month"

It is sad when the FBI lacks the confidence of the majority of Americans to do an investigation and the people who support it - support it based on partisan reasons not whether or not the FBI has earned the trust. This is not to say that Trump is a saint, but that America's confidence in institutions including the FBI are eroding.

So sorry, but as you Cons like to say: "We do not run the Nation Based on Polls and polls are useless."

The Investigation is Not going to end until Mueller says it is done. Why would you care if it is going to vindicate trump and administration, but it obviously making you nervous.

GOP who are spreading this BS ought to be ashamed of themselves. Evidence is evidence, regardless of the political perspectives of the person who reports it.

Got to wonder how much of this smearing of Mueller is Russian-backed.

If Trump committed crimes, he deserves to go.

It doesn't bother you that the FBI has lost the confidence of a clear majority of Americans?

It doesn't bother you that the FBI may have circumvented laws to play a partisan game with Hillary and then with Trump?

Do you think it is good for America and democracy to have a highly partisan FBI?

When you get "smeared" because someone is stating uncontested facts and asking simple questions, the problem isn't the questions or the facts.

Suck it up butter cup. Isn't that what you tried to tell us as you dismissed all polls related to Trump? Now when you find one to fit your agenda here you trot it out as if it means anything. Well son you can't have it both ways. You can't just dismiss all polls that don't fit your agenda, then promote one that does and suddenly claim this is the poll to believe. Ya kinda look foolish even attempting to do this.

Mueller is coming. And all you can do is cry about it. LOL.

Of course, the actual numbers are probably higher.

Mueller is not after Trump. He is after the Russians who meddled in the elections and all those in cahoots with them.

Why is this is so hard to keep straight?

Whether this poll is indicative that Americans have all lost lost faith in the FBI is beside the point, we still have to get to the bottom what the Russians were up to and who is working with them.

Who is better qualified to do this?

That is the sad fact. The organization best qualified to pursue the investigation has tainted itself and the clear majority of Americans feel it is too biased and unfair in doing what needs to be done. My guess, it is partisan reasons why people pretend they can't see this.

Americans are losing faith in our institutions across the board and Trump is in part to blame - so is the FBI, which is suppose to be non-partisan - with evidence that they were partisan in their approaches to both Hillary and Trump. We need the FBI to be non-partisan.

The fact that there is legitimate concerns in this article: https://www.realclearpolitics.com/ar...on_135790.html

is indicative of decay in our institutions.
