I do not attribute / blame my own outcomes, good or bad, to any president or party.
You and I are certainly not islands isolated from the Presidents and parties. And these entities can and do affect us all to some extent. Of course any effect varies from individual to individual, and varies with what that individual specifically does or plans to do. Trump lowering taxes might be a simple example.
Sorry, no. The $2.4 trillion mandate was issued by Cuomo in 2009. I've already posted a link to the press release.
So are you basically saying that George W. Bush fell on his sword for Democrats and that the entire international housing crisis falls 100% on the shoulders of Democrats, Fannie Mae and a handful of Latino borrowers in California, Nevada and Arizona? This is what it seems you've been saying.
After it collapsed under Obama resulting in millions of middle class jobs disappearing and millions more being put out of their houses.
It had no place to go but up.
Thankfully Trump's first year was the exact opposite of this.
This is a great story but totally untrue as you know the "collapse"of which you speak occurred under President Bush's time in Office. Please feel free to read and educate yourself on the subject.
Sorry, yes. I quoted the actual text form Bush initiatives, and it wasn't from 2009. I am sure you will call those facts "fake news", but such is the mind of a Trump loyalist.

What do you think would have happened if Bush ended a lefty SJW 'Affordable Housing' program?

and that the entire international housing crisis
It wasn't a housing crisis, it was a CREDIT crisis. Fractional reserve lending absolutely depends on the underlying assets. When they're suspect, the result is a CREDIT crisis.

So you are now conceding that Bush had something to do with it?

Now we're getting semantic. The implosion of the housing market led to implosions of commercial paper markets ("breaking the buck"), etc. It doesn't matter whether you call it the "mortgage crash," "the crash," "the credit crunch," etc. Everyone recognizes what the genesis of the financial turmoil was in 2007-08.
And why do you continue using the words "fractional reserve banking?"
Trump builds his 2018 political message by rebranding Obama’s economic legacy
After disputing economic gains under his predecessor, the president is seizing the same trends as his own
The White House hopes to boost President Donald Trump’s low approval ratings by using the economy as a centerpiece of its political message in 2018, according to three White House officials, even if many of the president’s successes so far are squarely built on the legacy of former President Barack Obama.
But hard economic data on growth, job creation and wages look very similar to the last several years under Obama. The pace of job growth actually slowed slightly to 174,000 per month in 2017 through November, compared with 187,000 per month in Obama’s final year.
Even Trump’s stock market performance is similar to or trails Obama’s. In the first 11 months of Obama’s presidency, the Standard & Poor’s 500 rose 37 percent. It rose 18 percent under Trump. The Dow rose 30 percent in Obama’s first 11 months to Trump’s 24 percent.
