Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, who was a fugitive on the FBI 10 most wanted list....but still a "free man".

He also pardoned his brothers past coke offenses.

Not sure if you're meaning to say you can't pardon someone that hasn't been convicted? Or something else?

Marc Rich was indicted on 65 criminal counts. His company pleaded guilty to tax evasion to the same crime he was charged with.

How many indictment does Assange has?? Zero.
