As far as the thread title, does it really matter what Trump supporters think of CNN? I believe that CNN is willing to cede them to Fox if it means Jake Tapper can call foul on a self-important lying flunky. Tapper just told it like it is--how refreshing!
If your boss or another important person asked you a question, how do you think the response would be if you "answered" it in the manner that Miller did?

Miller killed it and Crapper completely lost control of the interview because he was being a dick, which is expected.

If Tapper lost control of the interview it was only because Miller persistently refused to answer the questions and kept reverting to his talking points. For Miller this was basically a 12 minute brown-nosing session. That's the only way to keep your job in the Trump organization -- always lick the boss's a** until it's dry. As soon as Tapper realized what was happening he promptly cut off the interview. Good for him.
Tapper made a valiant effort to get Miller to respond to questions and stick to a topic.
Miller just kept up his lunatic babbling, spouting nonsense, trying to talk over Tapper.
Finally, they just shut off his microphone.
I'd like to see him try that nonsense with Joy Ann Reid.
