It's also funny how you mention they can't move because of the different languages, cultures and customs, yet all these people want to move to America from everywhere. You think Mexico doesn't have different language, culture, and customs! Or all the people fleeing to Europe from the Middle East and Africa in boats?!
Please let me get you a lawyer. My comment about customs was in regard to freed slaves not immigrating to Africa. Notice how I didn't write "back to" as if they were on some extended vacation. Because in 1865, all those slaves were American. And which country would a freed slave return to? I know that's a hard question for people that think Africa is a monolith. And more importantly, they chose not too. Choice, what a novelty.
And now in 2018 (just helping you keep track now) in a globally connected world, it's much easier to move to and live in other countries, choosing to partake in customs and culture. I know, I've done it.
They could have gone back to Africa after slavery if they wanted if it was so bad. They were given the option to go to Liberia, but knew it would be much better here for them. And they can still go back now if their "**** countries" if they aren't really ****, then why not? Better to stay here than go back to African and live in a tent tribe where they can barely feed themselves.
This is such a dumb comment. The slaves came from over 45 different ethnicities and languages and ethnic affiliations were literally beaten out of them during slavery. Just like you cannot just go to France or Spain and claim you are one of them, similar African-Americans could not do the same after slavery...

If these countries aren't s**tholes why are people fleeing and complaining of conditions that would entitle them to be refugees? Weren't these people i these countries pining for self-determination and an end to white rule?
