Organized religion has been the cause of much strife in the world, from the Middle East to Ireland to the US. Ban it!!!

I was trying to point out the silliness of this thread.

It is my belief that people only listen if you appeal to them, or embarrass them.

Let us keep in mind that the atheist makes no such distinction. So what is your point?

My point is that I don’t know that atheists don’t make that distinction. It seems rational and logical to me, so I don’t know why most people, be they atheist or religious, wouldn’t agree with that statement.

Did you even read this thread? Look at the insanity of these religion-bashers. That is atheism.

Atheism has become so detested by even those unaffiliated, that the unaffiliated would rather call themselves agnostics, as to distinguish and distance themselves from the crazies.

Insanity? Religion-bashers?

Are we even reading the same thread? What are you seeing that nobody else seems to be seeing?

Christianity was the law of the land upon its founding. The founders had a Biblical worldview. satan came along and destroyed it.

Atheism isn't a religion and I don't personally know any atheists that devote time to talking about religion, other than me.
