Some religious values are moral. It doesn’t mean we can’t create moral laws that are independent of, while coincidentally similar to, some religious laws.
I can think for myself without some religion telling me what to think.
The 10 Commandments are common sense other then the four that are religious in nature.

My point is that I don’t know that atheists don’t make that distinction. It seems rational and logical to me, so I don’t know why most people, be they atheist or religious, wouldn’t agree with that statement.

Atheism has become so detested by even those unaffiliated, that the unaffiliated would rather call themselves agnostics, as to distinguish and distance themselves from the crazies.

Atheism isn't a religion and I don't personally know any atheists that devote time to talking about religion, other than me.
