Judging from some of the posts here, the Dr would not be considered legit unless he came out and announced Trump criminally insane and called on Congress to immediately enact the 25th Amendment.
What Trump is is a spoiled rich kid who has grown up into a childish , narcissistic individual with thin skin , possibly with some sociopathic tendencies that lead him to have no concern for anyone but himself. He is also not a professional politician, so he tends to speak his mind without thought of consequences and without a filter, and in sometimes rude and crude terms.
Doc said mental and cognitive health is good. He didn't see the need to give Trump a cognitive test but Trump asked for the toughest one and passed with flying colors. Cardiac health is excellent due to no smoking and drinking.

Last Friday all over the local news to my area the media, and I reside in a serious democrat hotbed of an area, was treating Trump's physical like it was breaking news of the previous two centuries. Seriously, all day they talked about it on the radio. They interviewed some liberal psychiatrist who wrote an entire article about why she thinks his diet could cause him to make irrational decisions. Pathetic actually.

Not a professional politician, but a seasoned media personality with an international business empire from a politically connected family, who has been around politicians most of his life - someone who should be very aware of consequences and saying the wrong thing
This is a very simple test of repeating words and phrases, redrawing simple characters, etc. It really doesn't get to the bitter, forgetful, repetitive things which the Donald exhibits. I am not a doctor, but he clearly suffers from some form of mental problems, whether they be simply unable to deal in a societal setting, to lack of being able to read and study books and materials such that he is prepared to face the challenges of his job. Were he to be an employee of mine, I would send him out for a complete mental evaluation to find out what produces the symptoms which he exhibits.
Starting to agree, this Dr. has gone on way too long, everything is "too perfect" with a subject who is obviously grossly overweight (239??? I don't think so...just look at him.....he's got 75 pounds just hanging around his gut), who has terrible personal habits (dressing like a slob, or a 90 year old retiree in Florida (no offense to Floridians) and whose mental state, as judged by several psychiatric boards who have heard him in action (not to mention that he is a serial liar), is off kilter. Something doesn't add up with this doc.
If he's 6 foot and only weighs 239, I can't imagine him having, so called, 75 pounds just hanging off his gut.
