The Air Force Academy should voice their displeasure to Trump, McConnell, and Ryan and all the other Republicans in DC for their complete incompetence. A government shutdown has never occurred before when one party controlled the presidency, senate and house.

It's Trump's fault. His White House is in pure chaos. He has lost so many employees. No one wants to work for him because of the chaos.
