The reason is because Cohens attorneys stated that Cohen had only 3 clients.....Trump, the Trump organization, and Hannity. They didn't mention Broidy. Which would mean that the payoff for the abortion that used the same template as Stormy daniels payoff, including the "peggy peterson" and DD names....was either for Trump, or for Hannity.
Was this somethign they mis-spoke on? Or?
Either way Avenatti sure knows how to poke at Trump.

It wouldn't surprise me for a minute if they "colluded" to claim this was Broidy vs Trump
The question is--if Broidy isn't the boyfriend, he would not be paying that money--

I have always thought the RNC made money available to Cohen since he was assistant national campaign finance chair...
He had access to it because he was bringing it into the coffers...
I am hoping since the RNC was not listed as a client of Cohen's that any info re the RNC that is found will not be protected and will lead to a money trail...

I was thinking the exact same thing, that if Broidy was not listed as client of Cohen in court filings, he may have just been a beard to funnel the payment through, but is now the a fall guy. May be they'll want to look into Broidy's bank accounts for some sort of payoff for his troubles.
Broidy must have a lot of money to be able to have a relationship with a Playboy Playmate, because he sure is not Bard Pitt in the looks department.

Unless the payment was for Uday or Qusay Trump, I don't see the Trump Org making payments for anyone not named Trump.
