Also, his owning strip clubs and casinos did bother us, as did his rude treatment of Ted Cruz and Ben Carson in the primaries.

#NeverTrump wasn't just the Bush RINOs, but also the Ted Cruz, stronger evangelical Christians. I admit, I lost a bunch of respect for Perkins, Robertson, Limbaugh, Falwell Jr, and Hannity for jumping on so quickly.

However, I do forgive those like Mark Levin and others who held their nose and voted for Trump merely to keep Hillary out and who didn't hesitate to call him out when he was wrong, even during the general election time.

As for now, I don't buy that Trump is a Christian, though I could be wrong. That said, I think Perkins and the others are going too far being, as Mark Levin would put it, Trump pom poms and rockettes. That said, refusing to work with Trump at all over his affairs would be a bad move given that Trump appears to be trying to protect religious freedom and helping the pro-life movement and the Left is trying to stage a coup to get Trump out so that they can take over, and if they take over, they'll go right back to pushing abortion down our throats and attacking religious freedom again.
Answer me this: what religious freedom(s) did you lose during the Obama administration, and what do you stand to gain in the Trump administration. Specifics would be appreciated, as this talking point has grown about as tired as all democrats snatching up your guns.

Tony Perkins: Evangelicals gave Trump a ‘mulligan’ on past behavior

And WHAT is it that makes his current behavior so 'Christ-like'?

Wish I could remember the amount of money Trump gave Liberty University. Then he was invited to speak to the student body.

Perkins is a complete hypocrite. He has no credibility. He only uses religion as a tool to achieve his personal goals.

American Taliban in action. Just like ISIS letting their holy warriors get their rape on from time to time. Evangelicals only care about the accumulation of raw power with the goal of subjugating anyone that does not follow their religion. The false piety is just a smokescreen to keep the donations flowing. Is it any wonder that the same type of people that get rich tricking old people into sending them money have zero moral compass or ethics?

IMO, evangelicals are some of the worst scumbags that walk this planet.

Tell me about any abortion procedure Obama objects to and I'll try to work up some outrage over Trump's alleged affair that no one actually cares about.

Trump was the founder of reality TV and one of the richest men in America, so being a heartthrob was to be expected, its impossible to avoid in that situation.
