You're literally arguing semantics here against yourself. My point was that his admin has sold this corp tax cut as a way to grow worker salary and corporate expansion when in fact companies grow via demand. German to this topic in that Harley has less demand, despite tax cuts.
The guy in the WH also used Harley as the perfect example of an American company.
Oops--Trump made the wrong call again.
"Trump praised the company last year as a “great example” of a business creating jobs and building factories in the country...."
No not kidding, you are in Gastonia and as old as I am. The people showing up at Harley events at the dealerships by both of us are not the loud burn rubber types.

It depends where one lives here in the Southeast they are every where. I will admit that the market is flooded with bikes similar to Harley but in NO way are they a Harley.

Has it never occurred to you that both things can be true?
Sometimes both at the same time, sometimes one more than the other.
Never been a big fan of Harleys. I've owned a couple over the years, but they were deals I couldn't pass up. I preferred my Nortons, but you can hardly find one anymore. Had an Indian basket case and a Triumph as well, and I liked both of those better than Harleys.
For comfort, my favorite was an 87 Goldwing. Unlike a Harley or a Norton, you could actually feel your legs after a 6 hour ride on the Goldwing.
They're the Model T of motorcycles. Times are a changing.
