I have to agree. If you have the guy with plenty of evidence already the introduction of the dossier is a major tactical error in that it opens the door to claim it was a politically driven investigation.

Except for the part where they called out that it came from a political paid source.

Did they also tell the FISA Court it was fabricated by a foreign agent?

It also introduces the dismissal of any and all subsequent charges against anyone in that the FISA warrants and any subsequently collected evidence are products of fruit of the poisonous tree (legal concept).

It just makes NO sense whatsoever that the FBI would present the fabricated dossier (and fabricated by a foreign agent, no less) as evidence in FISA Court.

You mean that it was created by a ex MI6 agent who was known to provide reasonable intelligence?

No idea. The Fabrication accusations are unproven, and sort of some assumption by the trump folks. But the whole pee tape portion should have been a clue that this was raw intelligence.

I know this may be a shocker, but no one expects reports like this to be 100% accurate. Its merely a sign that something may or may not be there. I'd be interested if they provided a confidence level with it when filed, but no one seems to understand why that part is important.

At this point its clear that no matter what, folks like you will simply keep making new accusations as the old ones are proven to be nonsense.

Um... His association with the FBI was terminated because he was unreliable. Look it up.
