Too bad for Page he'll have to not only prove what was reported about him was false, but it was done with malice or a reckless disregard for the truth.
The release of the "memo" is not helping Page since it confirms that Page was the target of surveillance by the FBI and 3 previous FISA warrants had been approved to monitor Page based on the FBI suspicion that Page was working as an agent of the Russian government.
