I believe the OP is trying to say that Mr. Page has 'updated' his defamation suits against Yahoo and the Huffington Post, citing the Nunes memo:

Carter Page to update his lawsuits against the press after Nunes memo release

The article notes that the original defamation suit was 400 pages long. Dazzle them with BS, as the saying is.

I hope that Mr. Page is being counseled adequately. Recall that in defamation suits the plaintiff's 'reputation' is a primary issue. Mr. Page will be subjected to numerous depositions investigating his reputation. There have been many defamation lawsuits in which the jury concludes that 1) the defendant libeled or slandered the plaintiff, but 2) the plaintiff's reputation is so poor that damages would only be $1.00.

As for the defamation part, Mr. Page will probably be ruled (by the trial judge) as being a 'public figure', meaning that the bar for proving that he was defamed is set higher ('actual malice' or 'reckless disregard for the truth'). Also, of course, 'truth is a defense'.

I like him. Great commentary on a lot of issues.

Paige went a lot farther than just praise. FISA doesn't hand out warrants willy-nilly, and any warrant is only good for 30 days. There are no extensions, either. Every warrant has to show a new set of circumstances to be granted. FISA granted 3. That means Carter was up to something more than just some Putin praise.

Agreed.

As a country, we are in a place we have never been before.

Not only have we witnessed widespread and blatant corruption in some of our oldest and most sensitive institutions (FBI and DOJ, no less), but we have even seen a concerted effort to stage a coup against a president duly elected by the people.

At this point, I'm not really sure how confidence will ever be restored.

So Pres. Obama, by not calling out the Russian attempts to fix the election, is illegal.

There was no proof at the time, now that the investigation is bearing fruit. The people who benefitted from that Russian intervention want to end the investigation.
Trump and his family have major problems due to money laundered through their scam business.
Trump doing his best to end it.

That sounds like obstruction.

Hahaha... I bet the OP has to take a commission cut for starting such an outdated thread. Even foreign propaganda farms have standards

I go by what he said on TV in an interview with Laura Ingraham. Probably your next post will be saying how you feel about her.
