Yet another ignorant anti gunner. It could be explained that the AR functions like tons of other semi automatic rifles not named ar, yet you only specify the ar. Probably because you are a non thinking Parrot repeating the same liberal non truths and never gave a thought to what you are actually saying.
Yes, idiotic statements do strike a chord.
NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch said Thursday that the media exploits mass shooting to capitalize on ratings.
“Many in legacy media love mass shootings,” Loesch said after walking on stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference to a standing ovation. “I’m not saying you love the tragedy, but you love the ratings. Crying white mothers are ratings gold.”
It does sell the News.
CNN has been caught on multiple occasions, staging the after story to make it an illusion of what they want the story to be. To ramp it up to sell more news they fabricate.
It happened at Sandy Hook. Made a lot of people think the whole Sandy Hook deal was fake or staged. That has run its coarse and used over and over to demonize people that saw the staging and editing after the slaughter and had doubt.
Well put it simply, NRA's interests are different from the students and everyday normal Joe. I'm not exactly sure if Dana's sympathy is in line with NRA's interests. They look like conflicts of interest to me.
A majority of people do not own weapons since they obviously don't see a need for them.
"A majority of people do not own weapons"
You base this "thought" on what?
When Bill Clinton first started his so-called "assault weapons" camping, sales went UP.
Every time gun talk is negative sales go UP.
Gun sales have INCREASE every year since ol'e Bill.
The single BIGGEST demographic of new gun sales is to women.
MOST people will NOT tell ypu if they own a gun or not. ESPECIALLY polls.
If you did a poll in Wash. D.C., which has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, do you honestly believe they would tell you they owned a gun?
I'd bet some of your neighbors gave a gun and you don't even know it.

It is antiquated and $$ self serving to apply this to today's world,
The greater danger to the US is the sheep membership of the NRA and soul less politicians ...who ought to be surprised at their place of work someday with a crazy person with an AR15 and let s see any survivors change their tune.
Total nonsense. By that logic lets take away the 1st amendment because freedom of speech today involves a lot of lies, bullying, etc which creates a lot of problems to start with. They didn't have the internet and social media, it's a different world than the 1700's right?
And then there is that great spiritual Wayne LaPeier (sp) sending prayers....he does NOT have a praying bone in his body and what do prayers do, true they don't kill but the NRA's guns do. Same with the great praying president.
Is this the same woman who was bragging last night about how "people can recover and go on to lead exemplary lives. Look at me, I have a senior job with the NRA".
Isn't that like saying I am in a senior role with the KKK? In the land of the awful, I an the best awful?

She was only partially right........the media and DEMS have a hidden agenda......their dream of total gun CONFISCATION ala Joseph Stalin. Every homicidal massacre and school shooting gets them CLOSER to that dream. Look at every Dem controlled city......gun violence everywhere.....there is a homicide every 17 HOURS in Chicago, yet Rahm just laughs it off. Illegals killing people in Ca are fine, it advances gun control.
The beauty of it is they can blame conservatives and Trump for NOT taking guns way. Have you ever heard a TV station blame these school shooters? they spend hours damning guns but ignore ANY constructive things that would actually stop the school shootings. GUNS defend things all across the land but NOT schools, which are sitting ducks. They boo the NRA, Trump, and any conservatives who get in the way of the dream. Examine it all and you reach one conclusion, CNN and MSNBC are marching their sheep to all demand gun elimination.......
Trump a pro gun guy capitalist is their socialist nightmare.......a cost effective solution for schools is a few CCW people in there and a few signs. That will be scoffed and laughed at, because it WILL work immediately.....
Her message to blaming the media is misguided, she didn't help her cause with that shrill speech. How about the NRA owning up to taking some responsibility rather than point fingers, I didn't hear a solution just complaining.
The media is not the problem, its easy access to guns by mentally ill people.

I don’t know where you got shrill speech when all she got back was rude swearing, interrupting, yelling...it was pathetic.
excellent response. she was the furthest thing from shrill. yet all the booing, hissing, yelling totally escaped goodnight's notice.
