This kind of crap frequently goes on, especially in Chicago.

So much for those "common sense gun laws."

Truth of Fiction??

Sadly if this is true I wouldn't be surprised.

We have so many gun laws on the books yet they are often thrown out of court. Why be soft on people that use guns in their crimes?

In my state if you are caught with a gun or even bullets that you are not licensed to have then it is 1 year in prison yet this charge is often plea bargained away by the liberal judges. Why?

How are we going to get a handle on people that hurt people with guns when they often walk from the gun charges against them?

It is ridiculous but you know the Left tells us that we need more gun laws to prevent crime??

I'm surprised they didn't write him a check and put him up at a five star hotel.

We gotta cut this guy some slack, after all, he has "high aspirations to become a rap star". Good enough for me.

Another source is the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal Sentinel:

Judge repeats gun rights slogan during sentencing for illegal buys

Gotta love a DOJ that plea bargains so a perpetrator like this gets no jail time while they make sure an unusually high number of whistleblowers are imprisoned under the vague Espionage Act.
