Pretty rich from the group that is still whining about Hillary. Pssst: They investigated her just as thoroughly and did not bring charges.

Right, the investigation is far from over. Strzok, Ohr, McCabe, and Steele might be interviewing the Russian hooker at this very moment. More Russians or Manafort-types might be indicted next Friday. So far, zip on the main reason D's hoped would get Trump impeached --- conspiring with Vlad to win the election.
"So far" a lot of things haven't happened that will.

Yeah, too bad he's also looking into obstruction of justice, and can score a lot runs in the bottom of the ninth, which is most likely when he'll lay a lot of his cards on the table. This way he can implicate as many as Trump associates as possible at the same time for their connections to conspiracy and obstruction of justice and Trump won't be able to pardon them in connection to a case against him.

Not that pardons will work. People like Kushner and Manafort are also exposed to state and local charges, which Trump can't pardon. And of course anyone that does get pardoned and accepts it, gives up their 5th Amendment right and would have to answer to any subpoena related to their pardoned crime and answer all questions posed to them. And remember, they don't know what Muller knows, so they can still be charged with perjury. Does that cover the bases?

Mueller has woven a net, not a leash. When he dumps his catch, it will be substantial, and America will pay attention.

(please no head explosions, we've had enough of them today)
Trump's DOJ roots out Russian hackers? You mean the part of the DOJ called the Special Counsel that Trump is trying to fire to stop the rooting out?

And do you mean the Russian hackers that Trump refused to acknowledge even existed? The ones 17 US Intelligence agencies and and those of our allies told him attacked us? The hackers that he still says could be some 400 lb. guy on his bed?

Trump. What a guy. I hear he's actually the one coming for people's guns.

Yeah, we know, this week was rough for you.

Sorry, Trump defenders are the ones dealing in fantasies, what ifs and whatabouts.

Muller is dealing in facts.

Papadopoulos is cooperating.

Gates is cooperating.

Manafort is next. There is a strong case of evidence against Manafort just from irrefutable documents. Muller doesn't even need to rely on witnesses, but he now has Gates. Manafort's "time in the barrel" will come shortly. And when it does, he'll realize Trump can't save him from state charges and a pardon will still compel him to testify what he knows about Trump. He'll realize this and that Trump doesn't care about anyone but himself and he'll cooperate too.

Think about it - if this whole Russian collusion stuff was not here, what would they complain about? Just the simple right vs. left stuff that has persisted... and he's white with orange hair and a big ego and he's mean. Probably not enough to make a dent in a re-election bid.

This is so true. I have uber liberal friends and all they talk about is Trump being impeached for the collusion.
They still have a fantasy that the election will be nullified, Trump will be handcuffed and led out of the WH in disgrace, all of Trumps appointments including Gorsuch will be pulled and his executive orders will be destroyed and of course their Queen will be granted her rightful place into the oval office and into the history books.

There is no doubt that the Dems will keep pounding on this Russian thing until the 2020 election in an attempt to discredit Trump.
