You are making it sound like he is building the new embassy for 250K and that just isn't the case.
I saw him on TV and thats how is came across. He said people gave him a $1 billion price tag (obviously for the new embassy, not temporary), and he said he will do "it" with $250K. Then it turns out the "it" was not the $1 billion project.
So, what was the point it comparing the $250K to the $1 billion?
