This is the gist of Trump versus North Korea, 2018 edition: The U.S. and its democratic allies, South Korea and Japan, are not demanding regime change. North Korea’s vicious regime can continue to run a Stalinist gulag and starve its wretched citizens. This is a concession to China. If the North Korean gulag remains, Communist China will retain an authoritarian and semi-dependent buffer prison state between its border and South Korea.
In exchange for regime existence (Kim dynasty pay off) and the buffer gulag (China pay off), the Kim regime must get rid of its nuclear weapons and nuclear weapons manufacturing capabilities.
The pay off to South Korea, Japan and the U.S. is that North Korea can no longer threaten Seoul, Tokyo, Honolulu and San Francisco with nuclear immolation.

Step 1 of the plan is to negotiate "like crazy." That's where we are now.
We will see about step 2 if it gets there. But for now, things are going as planned.
There is nothing planned with this President. He does everything from the gut which is why he failed at business, even with the help of his dad and others. They called him the King of Debt, he owed so much money. In the end, all that saved him was his celebrity name.
You guys can keep hoping he’s a strategic thinker who plans everything but his history says otherwise. Eventually you will figure this out.

It is known that GBU-57 underwent modifications in 2013 and 2017 that required one of more of them to be used to ensure the mods had the desired effect. While the 2013 mods were apparently to increase penetration and effectiveness against Iranian underground facilities the 2017 mods apparently took the characteristics of North Korean (or even Chinese) underground facilities into account.
Approximately 200 Airmen and three B-2 Spirits from Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri, deployed to Andersen AFB in support of U.S. Pacific Command’s (PACOM) Bomber Assurance and Deterrence mission.
In case you are not aware, the B-2 planes are able to carry out the MOP missions.
