Maybe this donation is the reason Trump Corp is listed as client on the SDNY prosecution of Michael Cohen...
too close in timing, too close in $$ to be a true coincidence....
And likely Michael's bank loan and moaning about his boss stiffing him was just camoflage for the real way she was paid...
Exactly--lots of moving parts
Very easy to add in duplicate invoices or just make up fake one to cover stealing 130K
VERY easy to take faux money from the campaign donations and just launder other money through those bills
Running a political campaign, taking donations, and then using your own company as multiple vendor services is a GREAT way to launder money and pay off more than one woman who might be threatening that gravy train...
So you are right--
A good CPA/auditor is going to be able to track the original invoices, the supposed events they were paying for and discover this is the source of the money to pay off Stormy Daniels--
I guess none of the Trump supporters bothered to actually read the material at the link
That seems SOP for followers of the Don who has the same problem not being able to assimilate information from the written word---
At least more than 20 words on the same page
Susan Simpson did a thorough job of tracking this money. Tons of payments to Trump properties for one event or the other.
She tracked down what this $130K was supposed to be spent on and it was either double payment for the same event such as one that Lara Trump spoke t or no reasonable explanation whatsoever.
Even had someone do a statistical analysis to see if this could have happened by chance. Nope.
$130K right around these few days moved from the Trump campaign to the Trump organization with no reasonable explanation.
Though the Trump gullibles seem to believe that he financed part of this campaign himself, it is far more likely that the Trump campaign financed part of his organization.
So people sending in their twenty bucks, thinking it was going go towards helping their champion win the election, might actually have been donating to support Trump and his family.
Definitely anyone contributing to his 2020 campaign are actually paying legal fees for him and Don Jr. That's not even a secret of any sort.
Hiding $130 K is not like hiding a hundred bucks. There will be a definite paper trail that should be very easy to track.
yep. i think the easiest place to start would be trump hotel DC. which space was rented for what event and when was the event. should be simple enough to check against the hotels records if an event did in fact take place and if it warranted $13,431.88
Do you think the FEC is more concerned with $130K or $84 million? It would probably cost them $130K to investigate.
