On someone's private property? At least a hefty ticket with an accompanying hefty fine. Is it customary for people to pee in anyone's backyard?
Your statement is a little intellectually dishonest, you own unique property in that it is ocean/beach front. Society has decided in many places that filthy rich land owners cant just shut everyone else out from the beach restricting them to tiny public beaches.
I mean did they litterally walk into your actual yard and drop trou and pee? Or did they go right to the edge of the dry sand and grass to find some cover and pee?
People in Alaska over exagerate like this as well, someone with 20 acres of property of which an acre or so touches a major highway next to a pull off. Well sometimes tour busses stop and people get off and will go find cover to pee (perhaps just barely off the right of way on to the private property, usually because the right of ways are clear cut of brush and trees). They raise a big stink all over the local news forums and try to paint it as if they walked up and pee'd on the side of their house.
IF you own land right on a major road way, people will pull over and pee at some point in time, if its a schedueled bus stop as this pull of was then they will pee more often, but its not like they are walking into their yard and peeing right in front of their kids like these people try to make it sound.
What this is is an attempt at retaliation for the rules society has made taking some of the teeth out of private property ownership for certian types of land (lake front, ocean front, etc). Those who are fortunate enough and wealthy enough want to have their own little fifedoms and the serfs and peasants should just be out of sight and out of mind. Well when legislation is passed to give more rights to the serfs the ownership class gets mad and so they start trying to find every loop hole they can to choke the commoners.
This very likely is not about someone peeing but rather owners anger at the fact that they can own all the way up to the waters edge and kick everyone else off with an iron fist.
Yes, and that's expected. Human elimination in any form? No.
LOL. I assure you. people pee. and sometimes they don't get to choose where in some nice sanitary bathroom.

Yes. Your kids play in your back yard. Should the public be able to eliminate at will on the same property?
I have a fence. But honestly if you live anywhere near where people walk...someones going to pee there at some point generally. Get real.

Tell me your address. I'll advertise it as a public urinal/restroom.
Why? Yours seems to have that covered
Seriously, people have peed against my fence, Id almost guarantee it. Im a adult enough to realize that people pee. It happens. If they did it on a regular basis I might be annoyed, but its not. You're freaking out about something most likely uncommon.

Sorry, but that same "society" approved the sale of that privately owned land. Period. There's a deed and a plat of survey recorded in the relevant government offices.

They walked up my neighbor's boardwalk, beyond the barrier dune to hide it.
Peeing in a yard and showing your junk can get you on a sexual predator list in CA.
Exactly.
Let's say you own a car. Can the public pee in your car because there are no public restrooms available? No. No difference with pivately owned property.

Ok man, call the FBI then. Buy some drones and program them to loiter and set up a full survalance system, I dont know what to tell you.

There is a 99.999% chance thats not what happened, thats the point I am arguing. IF the person actually came up into the yard (a long ways from the beach, hoped a fence, etc) and then peed thats a WHOLE other issue. But I am willing to bet money that didnt happen.
a yard with a visual shot of the back deck and they just dropped their pants in front of a dinner party and peed and then ran away, yea thats messed up, but no that didnt happen lol.
