I don't know how you can ignore repeated public statements by the STATE of HAWAII that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. That's not just evidence. That's the ONLY authority stating the facts.

ironically, trump had standing to challenge ted cruz's eligibility during the primaries. this would have forced the SCOTUS to rule on a clearer definition of the phrase "natural born citizen". trump failed the birthers.
Obama was not born in Kenya. And for sale of argument, even if he was, his mother was still an American citizen, which makes the point moot; otherwise, Ted Cruz wouldn't have been eligible to be president.....
At the time of his birth, it would have been impossible for his mother to have been present in the US for at least five years after attaining the age of 14. He would NOT be a natural born citizen if he was, in fact, born outside the US. If his mother had fulfilled this criterion (which is no longer in effect), then he would be one, regardless of where he was born.
