White House doctor to the president? That's an important job too. And as a doctor, he's actually qualified for that gig.

But a military doctor with no real managerial or leadership experience to head an agency with over 200,000 employees? Nope.
Ben Carson, Betsy DeVoss, etc., etc. All you have to do to get a cabinet appointment is not openly insult Trump. Qualifications never enter into it.

Trump cut him lose today. Gave him a way out with the old "I don't want to put him through it".

Trump only hires the best.

Trump threw him under the bus, backed it up and ran him over. He's done. He was a horrible choice, almost as unqualified for the job as Trump is for President. It reminds me of Bush and his secretary or whatever that he nominated for SCOTUS.

Well, this didn't age well, since it's clearly not "loonies" doing this.

And would have stayed gainfully employed as WH physician if he hadn't been subjected to this scrutiny for a job that regardless of these allegations, he's in no way qualified for in the first place.

As usual, Trump drags people down to his level. But in this case, it's a good thing that he'll end up getting the boot.

Quote:
“I told Admiral Jackson just a little while ago, what do you need this for? This is a vicious group of people. … What do you need it for?” Trump said Tuesday, during a joint news conference with French President Emmanuel Macron. “I wouldn’t do it. I wouldn’t do it. What does he need it for? I don’t think personally he should do it. It would be totally his decision.”

Well, that's certainly a ringing endorsement from his fearless leader.

I'm sure there's a butler or chef around the White House Trump can appoint.

Or maybe Kellyanne Conway. She's doing a great job on the opioid crisis.

Bless his soul.

But I doubt Kushner would be interested. No money to be made here.

As much as I dislike Donald Trump, I have to give credit where it is due. He promised to put lots of people to work, and he has, in his own administration. Maybe they only stick around for a week or two, but technically, he did give them a job.

How many does this make who have gone through the revolving door, 356, or 357.......I've lost count.
