De Telegraaf asked their readers what/how they feel about Trump. Of course they expected a bashing round but the opposite occurred!

Many readers wrote that they wish they had a President like Trump!

We know from reading on Facebook and other social media and direct messages that there are way more people who don’t dare to speak openly but who like what Trump is doing.

The media over there is giving Trump the same lack of respect by reporting only biased stories but more and more people are finding their way to reading different articles and watching real time videos so
They can make up their own minds.

Most people don’t need to be told how to think.

If you watch the White House channel's videos on youtube and read the comments below them, many are from overseas and say the same thing. Pro-Trump!

Part of what they want is a leader who puts their country’s citizens first, speak plainly instead of legal/political double talk, and talk TO the people instead of talking down to the people.

This.

I mean, I'm sure there are also plenty of Dutch who would say, "I wish we had Obama as president."

Your link was in Dutch. They could have been saying that they hope Trump falls off a windmill and breaks his skull for all we know.
