Many republicans are socialists in the same sense. Try to take away their SS or medicare and you'll see.

I'll add that this is yet another example of the right hanging on their boogey woman's every word.

LOL. THAT socialism is "different." Just you wait and see how hard the Republicans try to sell that in this thread.

The Democrat Party, as it used to be, is pretty much dead nowadays. It's no longer Jack Kennedy's Democrats. They've been swallowed up by hard-left extremists who intend to isolate and ostracize as much as they can, harboring a globalist/anarchist world view. They live in a completely different world than what a normal, everyday person would live in. It is not just simply a political adversary anymore. That will never happen again. It's become a party that does not wish to engage with anyone.

Are 41% of democrats are SOCIALISTS?

I really doubt that.

Most people have a poor grasp of economics and most couldn't identify socialism if it was right in front of them, which it probably is almost every day.

Socialism has been around much longer than there was a modern name for it, it is woven into the fabric of our lives and it's not some scary bugaboo.

Another funny thing is that if you ask enough questions, you'll eventually get a right winger to admit that socialism does, in fact, work...but only if a society is small in population and racially homogeneous. I've had them admit that before, which tells me that deep down they secretly (unconsciously) like socialism.
