sorry elliot, but the dossier was complete fiction, with perhaps just enough truth in it to give it a modicum of credibility. the fact is the dossier was never intended to be used in a court of any kind since its use would be perjury, and subornation of perjury, which would get a prosecutor fired and disbarred.
it was only supposed to be used in the campaign against trump.
one more thing, since the dossier is in fact false, remove it from the FISA warrant application, and the warrant never gets approved.

There are some verified claims in the dossier, and some that have yet to be verified.
If there were any claims that were 100% false, you would have a list of them ready to go. Fox News would have that list running on its ticker all day long.

Actually, most of it has been outed as a fictitious pile o'crap, and a badly written one, at that.
Why isn't anybody seeking an answer to the most important question in this fiasco: "Why did Obama illegally use the nation's foreign counterintelligence assets to infiltrate and spy on the presidential campaign of the opposing party?"
If Nixon had even suggested such a thing back in the day, his political opponents would have advocated burning him at the stake. But Obama didn't stop at the mere suggestion...he actually caused the illegal surveillance to occur.
Another question nobody seems to be asking, but which also deserves an answer: "When did it become part of the chartered purposes of the CIA and the FBI to determine who the next president should be?"

That's just word play.
They have had plenty of time to verify them and they can't. Ten years from now, or 50, no change and they would be unverified the way you propose it. After a year and more that makes them false in every reasonable sense.
Some were unbelievable fabrications from the start. Out right lies. No excuse.

First off you're a liar. You know very well most of the dossier has not been proven true. you're not mistaken, you're just a flat out liar & everyone knows it.
Second, we don't know if the dossier was used partly, mostly or completely because the FBI won't declassify the application, in spite of the FISA judge saying she sees no reason not to and is fine with them doing so. If the dossier is so meaningless, why'd they include it when they openly admit they hadn't confirmed any of it to be true at the time of submission?
Last, if the other things they used as well as the dossier are also fabricated with the intention on subverting our presidential elections, then they have an even bigger problem on their hands don't they?
