That’s interesting. Of course as he points out, Israel isn’t a NATO member and has no NATO security guarantees.

Let’s just hope that it never comes to war between them, but as long as the United States isn’t involved, it’s nothing to us anyway.

Under what scenario do you see that happening?
Iran attempting to invade Israel? Won't happen.
A massive missile attack? Won't happen.

Iran took embassy officials hostage in 1980. I would call that one rung below an attack. That happened during my lifetime.
Israel and Saudi Arabia are united to preventing Iran from ever "rising" into a power to be reckoned with. This common interest is going to lead to an allegiance which hopefully won't turn on us.
We've sided with Israel for as long as I can remember. This crazy ass world today is so upside down, I couldn't tell you anymore who's our ally and who is not. I do know however, Israeli commandos are nobody to **** with.
