Obamacare currently has a maximum for older people not to be charged more than three times what a younger person pays. Trump is saying they want to remove that. Remember, the old Republican plan wanted to be able to charge older people five times more than what a younger person pays. Now Trump is fighting to remove the limit on how much an older person can be charged, to make it unlimited.
"In particular, the administration is arguing that the ACA’s ban on discrimination based on pre-existing conditions and limits on charging older patients higher premiums are invalid, and they are requesting that the court put a halt to those provisions…"
How? Show where people with pre-existing conditions will be covered. And show how charging older people more for health coverage will help them. Show it.
There was a press briefing months ago. Look for it on the White House youtube channel. Presstitutes know about this. BUT nothing has been done yet y Congress regarding health care. That and immigration are the big issues Congress plans to hash out. Trump did what he could by getting rid of the mandate which was huge. Contact your Congressmen and Senators. Tell them to get off their lazy arses.
Also search the whitehouse.gov website for Health. I haven't really paid attention, to be honest.
And when treatment is completely unaffordable, go die? That's the Republican's plan? Please go die?
Further, Republicans are going to court demanding to charge older people higher costs.
But care is all ready unaffordable. Not just insurance but medical care and drugs too. I dont know what planet you live on but its not here on earth, otherwise known as the real world.
