There is a serious problem in this country with the American people helping each other. It's almost non-existent. Now, money mongers are trying to continue making it difficult to keep children healthy. This is against everything this administration is fighting for. Whether you're wealthy or not, we ALL deserve to be healthy. Nice to see such concern for the health of children. A parents main concern is the health of their children. Pre-existing conditions would not be an issue if ALL Americans had DECENT HC.

Sebelius said she plans in coming weeks to issue regulations that will erase any ambiguity about the law and make certain that by September of this year, "children with pre-existing conditions may not be denied access to their parents' health insurance plan."

yes we all deserve to be healthy, but please do not ask or force me to pay for your health problems.
I wonder if people against this would just tell their kid "that's the brakes" if they were put in a situation where the only options are becoming financially devastated or forgoing treatment for their child.
If it's necessary for Sebelius to issue regulations to erase any ambiguity about the law, then the insurance companies aren't searching for loopholes, they're just reading the bill and the wording is ambiguous. Sounds to me like it wasn't written correctly, if it was there wouldn't be any need to issue more regulations. Calling it "loopholes" is just a way to blame the evil insurance companies for something the authors of the bill did inadequately. It's thousands of pages long, do you think this is the only thing ambiguous in the bill....this is just the first of many....the bill is a mess, lets not start blaming the insurance companies for that too.

So they "forgot" to cap executive salaries when they wrote TARP, and now they "forgot" to write this provision into Obamacare. The words "charade" and "quid pro quo" come to mind. How many time will you fall for the same scam?
