I'd be fascinated to learn how you know the judge's political stances. Are you buddies with him or something?

Is this the "new normal"??
They found notebooks in his home detailing his plans for each of the women he stalked, raped and held hostage. They found plans for those he intended to make his victims. The police identified 11 women and over 20 counts of a variety of assaults. The plea deal was to throw out most of that and go with "but your honor, no prior arrests" ..... he got away with it for a long time. This guy is sick-sick-sick and it's the kind of "sick" that doesn't get cured. When they cut him lose -- he will go right back to the same behavior. Maybe next time he kills somebody - the Judge will be responsible, as will those that put him on the bench.

The reasoning for the lax sentence was that he did not have any prior arrests or a criminal record.
Sound like a good defense for Harvey - I was recently called for a Jury on a similar case, but in my case the Sexual Predator went a little too far. He strangled the college girl and then attempted to cover it up. He dismembered her body, tried to bury it - failed at that, he loaded it up in a kiddy swimming pool and took it to a park where he set it on fire. They got his notebooks detailing his stalking also - and had video.

He had the same kind of Leftist Lawyers (both female) who claimed it just wasn't his fault.
It matters where you live - the Judge, the Jury and the Federal Prosecutors did their job.

Our sexual predator (Texas) will never see the light of day - the only "plea deal" they offered was Life in Prison with no parole.

They're not the Hollywood crowd. Weinstein's crimes are all on the Left. They KNEW about it. Why didn't they stop it DECADES ago?

Don't pin this ish on all of us liberals, because that's freakin' BS. I had nothing to do with what these sick twists did. What 'mentality' do I have that caused Weinstein to do what he did,or what this Cook freak did? Don't think for a fricken microsecond that I coddle criminals just because I'm a liberal, that's effed up.

If I started a thread blaming all conservatives for the mentality that led to what James Fields did to Heather Heyer, you'd blow a vein, and rightfully so. But it's perfectly fine for you to do the same thing to liberals with absolutely zero sense of shame. Hypocrites.

Under Wisconsin law, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault is a Class G Felony and subject to the penalties of a Class G Felony.
You said, "Third degree sexual assault is rape", and then you quoted something that clearly contradicted your statement!

Four pages into the thread, there's still no link to anything that says he actually raped anyone.

I'm not surprised.
The reason “ rape†is not used in the article is because Wisconsin defines it as sexual assault. The state does not use the term “rapeâ€. Guy plead guilty to 5/23 charges, including multiple sexual assaults, strangulation and stalking. It was a plea deal.

A psychologist for the defense diagnosed him with 4 disorders, Narrasistic Personality,Hallucinogen, Cannabis Use and Sexual Sadism and said he would not get the treatment he needs in prison.

Wisconsin does not use the term rape.
He was expected to stand trial 7 X, a very costly and time consuming process. Most of the multiple charges against him were dropped as a part of a plea deal to avoid jury trials.

How do you know what their political leanings are?

Are they leftists (according to you) because they're female?

Are they leftists (according to you) because they acted as defense attorneys?

Maybe you don't know it, but everyone is entitled to be represented by an attorney at trial, even if they can't pay for one. If they can't, an attorney is provided from the state, county, or whatever applies.

The attorneys are given these cases by the judge. They don't have much say about what cases they will accept. These defense attorneys must put up a credible defense, or the accused can ask for a mistrial because his/her defense was inadequate.

Just an FYI.

So in your mind, all liberals are Hollywood stars?

Weird!
