It’s not a healthy thing to spread . The left views white males especially straight white males as the cause for ills in society. It is similar to the scapegoating of the Jewish people in the Nazi era.

Of course you won’t see many mentions of the #walkaway movement in the mainstream media . If they do mention it they’ll spin it as people leaving the left and joining the “far right”
and “embracing racism” or some nonsense .
Being a liberal is similar for being in a gang , they don’t want to make it easy to leave and if you leave you’ll likely be subject to attacks .
The point is this is bigger than Trump or Republicans.
Not everyone that walks away will be voting for Trump or a Republican in the next election .
Trump has already served half his term anyways. It’s about walking away from the party that controls the media and has branded themselves as THE party of peace, love and tolerances but has proven to be hypocritical and doing the opposite .
If anyone is "walking away" from anything it's not going to be towards the far right cesspool that Trump symbolizes.

Let them keep spewing their hatred. There are enough smart people who are realizing what the left is all about. Let the left keep alienating a majority of the country. They are going to get crushed in 2018 and 2020.

Insanity it’s been said is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results .
Bernie Sanders warned them that they should ease up on the identity politics stuff but instead they just ramped it up more and more .
The main thing people are concerned about is the economy and Trump is doing very well on that as promised.

Let the democrats in 2008. But, didn't go to the Republicans because they continue to be in bed with the religious right and also are weak on immigration because their farm factory and globalist friends demand slave labor in the form of illegal immigrants and don't care about the existing working class.
The Democrats abandoned the working class in favor of pie-in-the-sky dreams of "democratic socialism" and identity politics.
