Most definitions (in the several dictionaries I checked) say that the parasite is a different species than the host or that it harms the host. No definition specifically includes embryo or fetus, and considering how negative the term parasite is, I'd say it shouldn't be used in the abortion debate. It is inflammatory and just takes people down an irrelevant bunny trail.
There are many negative terms that are inflammatory but don’t stop being used. Murder, baby killers, abortion lover. Calling women sluts, telling them to keep their legs closed. The list is long.

They rhythm method, condoms as well as withdrawal are good options for those who do not want anything put inside of their body. Much better than using nothing.

Oh just stop with this nonsense. The fetus is not a parasite. It’s the same species as the mother. The relationship that a fetus and the mother have is mutually beneficial.

Please explain then, WHY and HOW a person can be charged with 2 counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman?
The amount of time she has been pregnant is not a factor in this either, even if she just found out, 2 murder counts are STILL imposed....can you explain?

100% False. The rhythm method is 76-88% effective with typical use. Withdrawal is 78% effective with typical use and condoms are 85% effective with typical use. Using more than one method at a time is extremely effective but even just sticking with one is far more effective than doing nothing.
