israel is defending themselves, and every time hamas attacks israel they get a tiger by the tail. so far that tiger hasnt done more than just swat at the tail grabber, but at some point the tiger is going to get annoyed enough, and will turn hard on the tail grabber, and show no mercy.
As long as the US doesn't get sucked in to doing any of it let them have at it and let the chips fall where they may. Let the US take a simple approach to war and not fight battles that aren't ours.
Not a huge fan of Israel but they have a right to defend themselves. If they go overboard and pound the hell out of their enemy? That's what Israel always does. How stupid is it to keep attacking them and expecting a different outcome?
Then again, it isn't as if Hamas cares about the people dying, and they always make sure their leadership won't be in the affected area.
This, except I am a huge fan of Israel.

Likewise we need to have an Israeli style wall built on the Mexican border and we must not budge when it comes to going after the illegals even if they bring their kids with them! I also don't think illegals dying in the desert is such a bad thing (or Muslim refugees drowning in the sea on their way to Europe) if it discourages more illegals from coming.
Every nation must put their own citizens first. Israel, China, Russia and Mexico all do that.
This, verbatim.

If we wanted to put our country first, we also would not be in bed with the Terrorist State of Saudi Arabia.
There are more terrorists out of that country than any other and yet it gets ignored.
Agreed - it isn't in our interest to be involved, period. Nothing to be gained in that part of the world except problems. We're well on our way to being a net exporter of oil (although not quite there yet) - best thing is to walk away from the entire mess of a region that is the middle east. Iran can eat a bombing campaign if they keep developing ICBMs and spouting anti-American rhetoric after we've left them alone for a decade and anyone who does what the Taliban did should get carpeted in napalm, not "nation building," but if the middle east broadly leaves us alone we should return the favor.
So - black dude blaming others for your failure to lift yourself out of generational poverty or white dude who has given up on not being a disappointment to their more successful father?
We have learned though that spouting rhetoric is not a just enough cause to act, even if they are armed, based on many incidents here at home in regards to stand your ground laws.
"All" of it belongs to Israel and it's up to Israel's discretion to what the Palestinians get. Name a country other than Israel where the "Losers" got to set the terms for the "Winners".
If we can throw the dual citizens out of Washington DC someday and put a halt to all the welfare weapon shipments, this might all change.
Look, it’s a bunch of Americans agreeing with each other on how great Israel is and how they (and ourselves) need to bomb these people to dust.
I don’t think most of us want to “bomb these people to dust”. I think most of us want to relocate them to be with their fellow Jordanians in their home country.
Just to put the land mass of Arab and Muslim-majority counties in perspective (from which, by the way, nearly 1 million Jews were expelled, their property stolen), here's a map. There's plenty of room for the Palestinians in Jordan.

Americans have a manifest destiny complex, we think we have a right to do as we will (slaughter civilians, destroy homes, etc.), same as in the trail of tears.
When we invade Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Niger, Iraq, Syria, Cambodia, Vietnam, etc. it is are moral right and we are never the terrorists.
Same with Israel, they have a moral right to destroy Lebanon, they have a moral right to kill Palestinians, this is taken for granted.
How pathetic.
