If it's true, why didn't she come forward with this before? Why haven't we heard these recordings? Papa John lost his job and the company's sales are plummeting - wouldn't it have made sense for Omarosa to be forthcoming with this evidence as soon as it was available?
It doesn’t exist. She is trying to extend her 15 seconds of fame.
Because it doesn't exist; you know if it did, it would've been leaked during the 2016 election like the Access Hollywood tape was. Note, Omarosa's live interview contradicts her book as to whether she actually heard this alleged tape herself. And Frank Luntz had already called BS saying that he is NOT a source/did not hear any recording and takes Omarosa to town for not even reaching out to him to attempt to verify.
Omarosa Tells NPR She Heard Trump 'N-Word Tape,' Contradicting Her Own Tell-All Book
"Hearing it changed everything for me," former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman told NPR on Friday.
Manigault Newman was referring to what she calls the "N-word tape" — a long-rumored but never surfaced tape of Donald Trump on the set of The Apprentice allegedly using the racial slur. In her interview with NPR's Rachel Martin, Manigault Newman claims to have heard the tape and heard Trump using that slur on the tape.
I've aid before that I don't know why anyone would trust Omarosa. She used to be on a reality show afterall. My take is if he is lying, she helps Trump because he can point at her and say "fake news" and for once be right. If she's telling the truth, it doesn't make her look good for holding onto it. Although I can ossibly see why since there was another tape where Trump was admitting some awful things about grabbing something and that did not badly affect him at all in the polls.
She is just another one of Trump's "Best people" and she illuminates just the type of people he has surrounded himself with. I doubt she has a tape, BUT I wouldn't be surprised if there were a tape and Trump had meetings about it.
Who knows? Maybe she had hopes that Trump might come through for her in some favorable way, and didn't want to alienate him before. Maybe she suddenly became braver because she sees that Trump is vulnerable now. Maybe she found an avenue to make it pay off better than before.
Or maybe it’s a lie, like Harry Reid’s lie on the Senate floor about Mitt Romney’s taxes. Recall that he was unrepentant when he admitted it was untrue...because it worked. I’m hoping that people are a little smarter about this one though. Any idiot can see that if such a tape existed it would have been released long ago.
