THAT is why he's suing them and i don't blame him. Moved 7 times???? plus why were they the only ones "targeted"?
The Pozners are one of 6 surviving families suing Jones. He claimed the massacre was staged and families are paid actors. He encouraged his listeners to investigate it for themselves.
He did a variation of the theme about the most outspoken survivors of the Parkland shooting, calling them paid crisis actors.
And again his lawyers are trying to use the argument that what he says isn't fact

From what Ive read on threads like this, it seems to me, many people do not really know what this 'conspiracy' is, or who is involved...
Those kids REALLY were killed that day, the parents REALLY did loose their kids. It would be impossible to determine on the spot if a mass shooting like this was real or was a false flag (conspiracy), to anyone in the area around where its happening, they would just see a gunman going on a killing spree, they would have no idea what his motive was, or who actually planned it, it could be as little as 2 people, the gunman and the person who orchestrates it, the parents, the teachers, first responders, police, EMTs, etc NONE of them would have to be 'in on it', they would be in the dark as much as anyone else was.
Plus, you have to consider our very own Govt conducted numerous experiments trying to figure out a way to put someone under mind control to do their dirty work, that is not conspiracy, it really did happen, so it kind of indicates what they were trying to achieve....and then a few decades later when we start seeing mass shootings, everyone is shocked and surprised? Well duh, govt has been kicking this around in experiments and projects for many years now, its only natural they would use it at some point.
They weren't. Many families talked about this. But hey, if this is the sort of guy you want to root for.
It's about the truth, not about something you made up. I was speaking about actual threats and not something some sick pieces of garbage trolls came up with.

Whack jobs, inspired by Jones and other for profit conspiracy theorists, have been harassing surviving victims and families of nearly every mass shooting. Death threats, personal attacks, demands for proof and so on are common.
6 families had enough and made the decision to sue Jones.
His defense is relying on the free speech argument- Jones is expressing an opinion.
So it's Trump and Waters fault when a person attacks someone?

"Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School history teacher Ernest Rospierski told the Associated Press he thought the Valentine’s Day massacre was a drill at first and was warned earlier that day that a code red drill would be taking place in which blanks were to be used."

Oh cut it with the damned gaslighting. That's exactly what he was doing. Make people think they are crazy, that it didn't happen. It's terribly abusive. These families have been through hell.
