They brought it on themselves. He is just saying its great that people will boycott it...I don't blame them Harley Davidson is supposed to be 100% American its just the way it is.
Considering 30% or more of their parts are made overseas, and well they already have several overseas production facilities, it sure makes a lot of sense to all of a sudden cry about HD’s ‘should be 100% American made’, lol.
I am sure a European loyalist such as yourself loves to see an American company get kicked in the teeth by an American president.
They should have some loyalty to the country that made them great...so yeah they get what they deserve. The people buying the motorcycles are boycotting them Trump is saying its great...brought it on themselves and no one to blame but themselves.
They can't afford Trumps tax-hikes. What are they supposed to do? Is filing for bankruptcy the "patriotic" thing to do?
There are no TRUMP tax hikes. There is a trade war going on because the US has gotten ripped off for 30 plus years and no president had the guts to fight back.
Harley Davidson claims it will lose $100 million dollars due to tariffs. So they’re taking some production overseas for their EU market.
It appears Trump believes a company should be in business for his aggrandizement and glory (in other words, to make him look good) not to make money for its shareholders.
If that isn’t the State interfering with the means of production (communism) then I don’t know what is.
