There is a segment where Ms Maddow discussed the civil case brought by the NY state attorney general Barbara Underwood against Trump and his three oldest children for their mishandling of the Trump Charity/Foundation...
There is a photograph of evidence Ms. Underwood discovered on Trump Corporation letterhead with Donald Trump's own personal signature telling people within his company to pay $100K out of the Foundation/Charity's account for a lawsuit settlement between the city of Palm Beach FL and MarALago resort ==
you know the one--where Trump goes all the time at 3MILLION a pop to play golf and chill-lax...

Anyway Trump signed a statement to pay 100K to a charity out of the Foundation's account when LEGALLY it was required to come from Trump Corp or a MarALago account--NOT the charity's account...

Now it might seem like that should be ok--one charity giving money to another charity--
And under any other situation it might--
But it was a LEGAL obligation that a Trump COMPANY was responsible to settle--not a Trump Charity--
Because the charity hadn't been party to the lawsuit brought by the city of Palm Beach against Trump and/or MarALago...
The Charity's donations came from people and organizations for CHARITABLE purposes--
Not to help Trump settle lawsuits he caused in his resort's name...

Imagine how you or maybe your brother might feel if you give money to your church for the overseas mission fund--and you take a tax write off for that--all legal like...
and then the church treasurer does an audit and come to find out the minister of your church took a lot of money out of the mission fund w/o authorization (cause he is the minister) and used it to pay off a settlement or judgement from a lawsuit he caused and lost

How would you feel if he took YOUR money out of the mission fund and lot of other members' donations and used that money to pay off HIS debt...
That wouldn't be legal or Christian would it...

So if you want proof that Trump has committed a crime--then check out that Rachel Maddow lady's show from last night...she has photo of the letterhead with Trump's signature in big letters (Trump is SO bold) telling his people to do just that...
