Not his party, not his rules. Unless a girl came out of a room saying "I got raped!", then it was just consensual sex between drunk minors. If any of the alleged girls went to another party, then they are willing participants.

No. You are wrong. That was done purposely. By her lawyer. If she had first hand knowledge that he spiked drinks it would say "I witnessed him spiking drinks" just like all the other allegations that started with "I witnessed". It purposely said "became aware of" to protect her from perjury. The reason being she does not have first hand knowledge that he ever spiked drinks. Obviously you have no legal background and do not understand the subject.
It is illegal to serve minors alcohol, not to mention to be in possession of open containers and consuming it. All these things are against the law, and you are defending it. So either political affiliation means life to you, or there is something else very suspicious about taking such a strong stance to defend criminal behavior.
