He will be found innocent of all the phony charges against him, it's all falling apart already. The dems will never let it go and accuse him of being a rapist forever, but who cares about the losers who wish for the downfall of America?

Now they’re trying to bring in more and more friends just laughable, and in addition now even Mark Judge and Kavanaugh are being called gang rapists! This is outrageous! These women are extremely disturbed and all need psychiatric help, and the Democratic committee and others supporting this travesty and total destruction of Kavanaugh’s life and family should be ashamed and charged with slander. I’ve never seen such a circus in my life.

"Testify under oath" is a two-edged sword, with penalties of perjury. His accuser has been sworn in and testified to an account of the story severely at odds with his. It's just like Trump - either he is lying or he is telling the truth, without a middle ground. You can't be "somewhat pregnant". That is why we have a judicial system.

Republicans will readily admit that their goal is controlling the Supreme Court, not confirming Justices who will serve honorably.
As opposed to Democrats who want to confirm judges that will legislate from the bench. Where Republican confirmed Judges actually follow the constitution and not make it up as they go along.
