2016 was a presidential election year. This is not. Presidents nominate SCOTUS Justices. Easy to understand fact, but SO many lefties get it wrong. Are you all just really stupid? Or what?

This has already been addressed and shot down. Did you miss it or is TDS blocking your memories?

If it's demonstrated that she lied, can Kavanaugh sue her for defamation? (Not that he would.....he'd look vindictive....but just wondering from a legal standpoint.)

I don't have to admit anything. The allegations are not being promoted as speculation on the part of the accuser - did they speculate that it happened or say that it happened ? I know dirty politics when I see it and that is NOT speculation.

This is a in-depth job interview with a background check, not a criminal court case.
SCOTUS votes don't require someone to be guilty of a crime in order to get a NO vote.

Is that ^ the sworn statement /oath required to be signed in front of an officer of the Court, that is equal to an oath In court?
These ladies , they signed something in front of an officer of the court? In the last 5 days. Really. And no one leaked that at the very least to shut the whole thing down. ?? Is it sealed? Is it classified?

The arrogant rush to hush by the Republicans didn't bother the inconvenient witness (es)with details of the United States of America rule of law.
You're losing every argument you've put forward so just keep grasping at straws...

It doesn't matter. She doesn't have to prove anything. It's about perception and making any nominee that Trump nominates poison.
Democrats won't even ask her any relevant questions. When it's their turn to speak, they'll give a speech thanking the accuser or accusers for their bravery and talk about battered women and rape victims. They'll prop up the accuser as the second coming of Joan of Arc and all but give her a standing ovation.
She's already being coached as to when to smile and when to cry and how to look shocked and hurt.

You are saying all of them, even Ford's life long friend, are lying? And Ford is magically the only one telling the truth?
You will never, ever change what a small group on here keeps repeating no matter how much evidence or logic you put forward. They don't believe Ford either BUT will keep pushing the theme/meme/bogus theories for purely POLITICAL reasons. They will NEVER understand "what they missed".

I'd swear some are paid posters or operatives of the DNC. I'm sure everyone can guess who they are.

This is my conclusion as well. TDS mixed with $$$ and political hatred have soured some and totally destroyed ALL logical thought process.
