That has probably been explained to them over 100 times on this forum, but they don't seem to comprehend that. Give them one more investigation, then he will be confirmed next week. No problem.

The FBI doesn't generally do background checks on a candidate's life before the age of 18.

Why wouldn't he be confirmed? The GOP already put a sexual predator in the White House; apparently, Republicans have no problem with sexual predators occupying the highest offices in the land, and therefore have zero interest in thorough vetting.

"Yes, there were parties. And the drinking age was 18. And yes, the seniors were legal.”
"Yes, we drank beer, my friends and I, boys and girls. Yes, we drank beer. I liked beer. I still like beer,” he said.
“The drinking age, as I noted, was 18, so the seniors were legal. Senior year in high school, people were legal to drink.”
Lol, so you went away, dug up the quotes and still cant comprehend it. This factual statement is him admitting he drank underage. You brought up legal drinking ages to prove he lied. Yet all you did is prove he didnt The gift that keeps on giving.....

Oh really??? Is that why people close to both the accusers and Kavanaugh are cooperating? You do realize alot of these accusations are recently revealed right? Lot's of new information to go through.

There it is folks. The far left already calling the investigation a sham, just one day after it was agreed to by both Reps and Dems.
We knew this was coming. When the FBI states they found no evidence to substantiate those sexual misconduct claims this is what to expect.

The GOP's hamstringing of this investigation will be their downfall in November. I mean, talk about a BLATANT attempt to obstruct justice. I cannot WAIT for Mueller's report, because that's the only way that the nation will be able to rid themselves of the GOP scourge, and all the woman-hating right-wing trolls can scurry back under the bridge where they belong.

OF COURSE it's a sham. Yes, an investigation was agreed upon yesterday. Everyone assuming, of course, that the FBI would be free to do their job. Today, the White House announces further limits, including who the FBI may or may not interview, which is unheard of, and a complete travesty of justice.

Wonder what the Democrats will come up with when Amy Barrett is nominated to replace Ginsburg...
Oh yes we were. Many of us were appalled at Bill Clinton, really angry with H. Clinton for throwing Lewinsky under the bus, and deeply sympathetic to the horrific treatment of Lewinsky at the hands of the GOP.
