No wonder they wouldn't prosecute Hillary. She probably knew they were doing the same thing and reminded them she would blow the whistle on them they if went after her.

There is a precedent for private servers all across the government. Not unusual in the least. Trump, BTW, is the worst offender, especially since he knows better, and after all his hypocritical blather about Hillary.

Yeah, Mueller is not even SLOWING DOWN, let alone STOPPING - and he's closing in on Trump and his family.

Next week he should have an deal with Manafort, I don't know why he held out so long. I expect a lot more right after the election as far a Flynn and Gates and possibly even Donny Jr.

I have no idea when or if he will. The sooner the better at this point. After the storm is over there is all the pressure to respond to the aftermath and stay on top of it. They will blame him for the least little mistake and will make a mountain out of a manufactured mole hill.

Did you see Stormy's lawyer last night on Tucker? What a sleaze bag.
Tucker was a little weak IMO. The creepy porn lawyer was living up to his title.

Since Manafort was at the Trump Tower meeting with the Russkies this possible plea deal is particularly bad news for Uday, I mean Fredo, I mean Donnie Jr.

That's one of the things I like about this thread.
There will be some crow to eat and it won't be long before we know who is serving it and who is eating it. I don't mind being the underdog. I'm all in with my choice and I'm betting on the strongest President we have ever seen. The guy that can create hurricanes.
Those on the other side are going with the guy that's in the dark and trying to blow out a candle.

The "Strongest President"?
Which President is that?
The one who's had almost no legislative victories?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's signed a LOT of Executive Actions. So what? they can ALL be reversed by the next President (who won't be Trump or any other GOP member).

Yeah, EVERYONE at that meeting (or who had advance knowledge of it) is in legal jeopardy - even without Manaforts' cooperation. NOW (assuming Manafort ends up cooperating) that jeopardy is likely to be even worse.

The real problem for Trump is that - since he is so dishonest - ALL of his associates are likely the very same type of folks. He's a big crook who's assembled a cadre of other crooks (his lawyer, his campaign manager, his advisers) all around him. All of those folks have something to hide because they have all committed various crimes - and they ALL know stuff about Trump that he doesn't want to "get out" (much of it probably not just slimy, but out and out illegal).

Mueller has been turning them one by one, because in the final analysis, these folks are all just out for themselves - so when the heat is on, they rat out Trump, so I suspect that Mueller has (by now) knowledge/evidence of quite a bit of criminal activity on the part of the Trump family.
So far, he's held off on charging those Trump family members, but I doubt that will last. Like criminal organization takedowns the Feds have accomplished in the past, they are circling around the top criminal, gathering evidence and testimony from the little guys so they can zero in on the head honcho.

Now, I could be wrong about all this, but I don't think so. The pattern of the instigation too closely fits the classic means by which criminal organizations have been brought down in the past.
