Much of it is a giveaway to unemployed social workers and ultra-expensive rehab programs that cost five-figures per month per client.

Plus, we have a moral crisis in America because of Democratic leadership that has made the crisis much worse. One has to wonder why traditional values North Dakota and Nebraska don't have the same issue liberal Baltimore or Boston where the co-sponsers are from.

A $1,000 per month meeting hall with lots of groups is alot more effective then paying a social worker $1,000 a day for therapy.

They need meeting halls, private-sector can offer beds with some government subsidy to get people back on their feet and employment agencies also.

Of course they don't have the same population density either but let's only look at the facts that favor your agenda, eh?

Yet the Democrats balk at a $25 billion wall to help keeping drugs from getting into our country.

$1.1 trillion spent for 16 years of protecting Afghan poppy fields for Big Pharma.

What's another $100 billion spent to get people off that sweet Afghan poppy?
