Set up a protest outside a campaign headquarters or across the street etc. but surround somebody taking their kid to little league, dinner with spouse, funeral, wedding etc. then absolutely not.

They are public servants, not public slaves open to abuse 24-7 by the fringiest nutjobs, some with violent intent.
These loons have become the new "Westboro Baptist Church". Time to turn the tables and give the loony left supporting this a taste...

How was that bunch able to assemble there? Did they follow him in? They should have been arrested for trespassing.
All of that was covered in the initial article, including video of the incident.

Maxine isn't the topic here.

I oppose treating people like that regardless of political affiliation.

On top of that, these actions actually generate sympathy for the target from moderates.

So, consider this an intelligence vs. emotion test. If you're so emotional that you'd act like those idiots and actually help the person you're protesting then that is your right, but it would be incredibly stupid.

Imagine running for office in TEXAS and having members of ANTIFA and a "democratic socialists organization" hound you and your wife? It's like Christmas early X10 for Ted Cruz...those imbeciles.

Please see post #167.

And then relax, take a deep breath, and grasp "the truth."

True, Maxine is pertinent to the discussion as she has not only condoned but called for such actions to occur.

The only thing I give him credit for is admitting his DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Fortunately, unlike Ted Kennedy, he didn't kill anybody.
he is a Bernie sanders hard left guy pretending to be a reasonable person. wolf in sheeps clothing. He is lying about what he is.

all one has to do is look at his voting record. he is hard left.... so yea, we agree 100%

I think we agree... my point is there has arisen a group in this country that are taking a page out of the history books. they are using intimidation as a political tactic. they are using the notion of constitutional protections for protest as cover for very dangerous activity.

its new in the sense that we have not seen this recently, but it isn't new. It was the way things were in the 1920s all over Europe.

better check that one again.

Beto O'Rourke gets four 'Pinocchios' for saying he didn't try to leave the scene of his drunk-driving accident
