If they win one chamber of Congress in the midterms, Congressional Democrats are quietly planning to use an obscure law that enables them to examine the president's tax returns without his permission.

"The nearly 100-year-old statute allows the chairmen of Congress’ tax committees to look at anyone’s returns, and Democrats say they intend to use that power to help answer a long list of questions about Trump’s finances. Many also want to use it to make public confidential information about Trump’s taxes that he’s steadfastly refused to release."

You people never would leave Obama be about his birth certificate. At least Obama had the decency to release his long-form certificate in attempt to put an end to the debacle, even though most conservatives didn't and still don't believe it's genuine.

what obscure law is that.....and why didn't Obama used it under his 8 years in the WH?



so democrats are the I.R.S. NOW? doubt it....they can get an FBI investigation if they violate the privacy rights of Trump's tax returns and use it destroy their political opponents or leaks it to the media .....try it.
